If only I had read the directions and looked at the pictures a little closer, I would have benefited from this product sooner than I did. Initially, I used just liquid soap and was distraught, as it took too much pressure to extract the soap. Of course, by lowering the viscosity of the soap with water, as instructed, this product is extremely sensitive to pressure and quickly allows soap dispensing at the mere touch, saving dish soap and time. It would be nice to have a similarly shaped custom "catch" under the product that drains to sink when the top has too much soap, but it's not that big of a deal.
