to start with the positives: as per usual, this brand of soap is friendly to the skin, does not dry it out nor does it leave a weird film/residue. the bar is generously sized and will last forever , as nesti dante soaps are known for...the negative: this is purely personal preference. to me, this soap smells primarily of sage and while that's not a bad thing, it's not the friendliest fragrance to use with the frequency i intended to use this soap.the soap itself deserves five stars, the fragrance is just not for me. relegated to the bathroom for hand washing, where it will probably last for 6 months with regular daily use. i swear these bar soaps last an age!if you are looking for a soap that truly smells of sage, lasts a long time, and does not irritate the skin this is the bar for you!
