VIGO VG02008MBK2 17-Inch Matte Black Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser - Perfect for Modern Farmhouse & Industrial Style Kitchens

I had this installed by a plumber about a month ago and I was very happy until yesterday when I was holding the pull-out sprayer and hot water started leaking from the top of the sprayer on to my hand. I pushed the sprayer back into the arm and when I pulled it out again, water rushed out of the arm as if water were backing up into it. I emailed Vigo Industries today to get a repair or replacement and they are supposed to contact me within 3 days. I only gave it 3 stars because of this problem, otherwise I would have given it 4 stars because it looks beautiful and seems sturdy. My plumber said it was easy to install and he thought the price was excellent. I hope their warranty service is good. I'll revisit this review after I hear from Vigo about the repair or replacement.The handle has fallen out less than 2 years in and the matte black paint has worn off revealing the brass. Very disappointingThis is a sleek faucet. Black works well with our decor and this looks great. The only downside was that it didn’t come with a 3 hole cover plate. It was also a little over priced if you ask me.and good luck finding a replacement hose. Its not compatible with anythingNo complains so far. Had for about 4-5 months now and love the way ot looks and works. It is fairly high yes, and at first you splash a lot when rinsing or washing dishes. It just got me a little used to, to figure out that i need to hold the head of it lower in the sink to avoid splashing. My husband installed in couple of hours, so i think the installation is standard. We love it!So I received the Vigo product, but the faucet is definitely not 9.5". Seems to work well otherwise but this was clearly an open box product and the seller just sent it to Amazon FBA without verifying this was the correct item.Not sure I can say I'd complain about the price, but you certainly get what you pay for. Would not recommend.We recently remodeled our kitchen, and chose this model for its simple design. It's been couple weeks since it's installed, and we are happy with both the faucet's look and performance.The faucet provides powerful stream strong enough to effectively remove food crumbs and/or sauce on the plates. The pull out spray makes cleaning large pots/pans and sink walls easy.Overall, it's a good purchase. One point is deducted for its not so friendly price tag.I love it but I thought it had a 2 spray function but it does not. Other than that it’s gorgeous and well made. The spray is a single spray of water which is going to be good enough.Loved this faucet but had to return since spots of the matte finish was missing in many areas. Ended upre-purchasing from Home Depot for cheaper as Amazon had run out.It looks amazing and so far works fine. I’m very disappointed that there is no sprayer function. For the brand and cost I had assumed this was a given and that modern functions of a high end faucet were there. Now I have to look for a new pull down with spray function in this make...Great looking faucet, install was easy. This is best install on a hard counter top for no movement(wiggle). I installed it directly on a stainless steel sink and the moves a little. Can't complain for the price($62) I paid for it.Overall looks to be good quality for price point. We had to return ours since it seemed defective. The pressure flow was reversed, meaning when you pulled it all the way, the flow was very low. Some back and forth with Vigo and consultation with a plumber didn't resolve the issue. We must have received a dud.Unfortunately, I am returning it. Looks beautiful but Started leaking right away. No water pressure.
