This is a very heavy and high quality basket, corresponding to its high price. It has spacers which separate the back of the basket from the wall by about 1/2 inch, making it much easier to clean than baskets which mount directly against the wall. The screw heads are also covered.When buying a soap basket, be sure that the wires run between the back and the front of the basket as they do here. Baskets with wires running from side to side allow a thin bar of soap to slip between the wires as you remove it.
