I was on my second cheap counter-mounted soap pump. It worked most of the time but you had to be really forceful with it and then it would loosen the mount. As such, I upgraded to this commercial model which initial impressions are very positive. It feels heavy and durable, unlike my previous soap pumps. The only downside is that the stainless steel finish clashes a bit with the rest of the kitchen which has a "brushed" metal finish that is not polished. Oh well. It is functional. Hopefully, the wife likes it well enough.I have 2 of these in my kitchen sink (hand soap, and dish soap). These are totally strong and have a good medium sized bottle that hangs below it. Price is great at less than $40. Top ring locks in place (since these are 'commercial' grade), so they come with a little metal pin you poke into a hole to pull the nozzle up and out to add soap.I decided to buy these from Bobrick since I see them in restaurant restrooms and my office restrooms. The ones if my office still have a good chrome finish and have been there for over 8 yrs.The dispensers I had before were junk, flimsy, and would last maybe 2 years max. "Danco" was one of them.These soap dispensers are well made and they don't drip soap! The hold a whole lot of soap as well. They were easy to install and look nice. The pump is stainless steel but the collar on the top that locks it on is metal coated plastic. That's the only negative I could see on these. They also are not brushed so they won't match the brushed faucets completely. But I don't think it's that noticable on my sink. I purchases three and I put one in the kitchen and two in the master bathroom. I wish I'd gotten two in the kitchen, one for dish soap and one for hand soap or lotion.Needed a fill bottle to drop lower to clear my sink. This for the bill and looks nice as well. Mostly plastic so seems s little on the pricey side but works.Got tired of replacing soap dispenser every year and decided to try this one. So far so good. Installation was a snap and having the huge capacity bottle is a plus.The engineering of the pump seems superior to others I've used since it easily pumps through a much longer supply tube. The others had trouble with an 8" or 10" tube and this one is much longer because of the 32 oz. capacity bottle. Ordering was very easy thanks to Amazon, and I received my unit a day early thanks to the vendor., Wasserstrom Company. The unit was a little higher priced, but if it lasts and saves the aggravation of a yearly replacement I'll be very happy.easy to install and product was described properly!This unit works very well. Extended the pickup hose approx 9" to use a larger size bottle set on the bottom of cabinet.Slightly disappointed in the gasket sealing the pump assembly to the sink in its thickness causing a gap under the pump head and the coverThis is an exact replacement for the dispensers we have had for years. Couple of them now needed to be replaced. With the hole already in counter, it is a quick job to replace them. Work great!
