First, let me say that I love this hand soap and have purchased it for years in a retail store that has now closed. So, I took a chance and ordered it through Amazon. The hand soap is still a favorite for me and deserves 5 stars. The problem was with the packaging. The pump on the bottle was not in the closed position and the box being quiet a bit larger led to a lot of movement, causing the soap to be pumped out. It was a slick soapy mess! Disappointed in losing some of the product so, had to deduct 1 star for careless packaging.
