I was on my second cheap counter-mounted soap pump. It worked most of the time but you had to be really forceful with it and then it would loosen the mount. As such, I upgraded to this commercial model which initial impressions are very positive. It feels heavy and durable, unlike my previous soap pumps. The only downside is that the stainless steel finish clashes a bit with the rest of the kitchen which has a "brushed" metal finish that is not polished. Oh well. It is functional. Hopefully, the wife likes it well enough.
