Good product. Cleans the dishes well. This was a gift. I recommend.Don't need a lot to do the dishes, it last for a long timeUp until a couple weeks ago, I was using the Puracy brand for dish soap to try out a "healthy" option and I wasn't very impressed by its cleaning ability despite all the positive reviews on Amazon. My mom used Palmolive for as long as I can remember and the two pack with Subscribe & Save discount seemed like a good deal so I tried it out.My girlfriend cooked an impenetrable black crust onto our 14" Cuisinart stainless steel pan (it's not non stick so it's prone to that) when she was preparing pork chops and vegetables. This has happened before and it took a lot of elbow grease with a scouring pad and Puracy to get rid of the char. Well, I poured a dab of Palmolive into the pan with some hot water and within 10 minutes without any other action taken, the water had already turned an amber color. I scrubbed with the pad and effortlessly removed about 90% of the gunk out of the pan. I dumped the water and the pan is currently sitting with another dose of hot water and soap and I expect it to be spotless with another light scrubbing. This soap compared to the Puracy is about 2-3x better in terms of how easy it is to remove grime. The smell is nice too. Reminds me of helping my mom clean up after dinner.I guess this isn't as pure and natural as some other brands but it does an excellent job of cleaning grime out of a pan.I've used a lot of dish soaps over the years...my mom had me propped up on the chair scrubbing in the suds by the time I was 3. I'm 41 now. So yep, lots and lots of experience at this point. I'm actually not terribly picky about dish soaps, and I'm not really here to sell Palmolive per se, but I like the way it smells and I like the consistency, and that when you soap up a wash cloth with it, the soap lasts longer on the cloth. But this is the first time I've purchased it from Amazon, and what had me super excited was the way it was shipped. Notice the gripper labels in the picture? Brilliant! I wish every manufacturer shipped their liquid dispensable products that way, because every now and then I get a bit of a goopy mess in my box, which I don't really like, and these labels totally kept that from happening with these bottles...hooray! So that for me is the real reason for being excited to give this a 5 star review...no messy box and no wasted product. OK, I'm sold: Palmolive is the best brand of dish soap out there. I am single, live alone (with two cats who use a LOT of dishes) and I ripped out my dishwater a few years ago thinking I could use the space for a cabinet and that dish washing by hand would be a cozy, relaxing thing to do. Hah! It's a nightly annoyance is what it is. But over the past few years I've tried every brand of dish soap out there and this is absolutely the best. It only takes a few tiny drops to wash a plate or bowl and it's a nice thick soap that seems to last forever. Plus, I love buying it from Amazon because it comes right to my front step (can't wait for those drone deliveries to start, lol). I wouldn't mind getting a few more pretty scents, but otherwise, hold your calls, we have a winner. This twin pack comes with two (2) 38Fl Oz Palmolive ultra original dish washing soap. This stuff works well. It is thicker than other brands and actually suds up pretty well. Gain used to be similar but they have seemed to have changed their formula and this Palmolive is the next best thing I could find that was like the old gain soap. These bottles are around 14 inches tall. They are pretty big--perfect for refilling smaller bottles to have near the sink or to keep out themselves if you have enough counter space.Pros:*Thick, lasts a while in a sponge.*Suds up really well.Cons:*NoneOverall: 5/5 stars (>=.5 rounds up, <.5 rounds down) => 5 starsIf you have any further questions regarding the product in my review please leave a comment below and I will get back to you as soon as possible.By far, this is my wife's favorite dish detergent. She believes that it's the best smelling dish detergent out there (I'll have to admit that I also find it pleasant). It's also very effective at cutting through grease - it doesn't take much to get a lot of foaming action and cleaning power. What we like best is that this detergent is really good at maintaining its strength. Even after scrubbing numerous dishes, it keeps going without us having to apply / use more. A quarter sized amount is good enough to take care of a sink full of normal dishes (plates, silverware, cups). For things like baking sheets and greasy pots and pans, we need to pour out a little more detergent, but that's to be expected. As always, this stuff delivers.Though Dawn is known to cut grease the best, it dries out my hands and nails and it's more expensive. Actually, the Aldi store brand isn't bad but it clogs up its spout. Palmolive seems easier on my hands and it cuts grease quite as well as Dawn. The price here is pretty good for two big bottles.
