In general, OXO offers quality products and this is consistent with their brand. Hard to believe it’s difficult to find something that works this well. I’ve tried a number of things, but they’ve all been tossed before I continued with my search. This design is the best yet. The only negative I might note is how small the soap dispenser is. It needs refilling fairly often, but that is a small concession for the easy ergonomics and handling. It fits in my palm very nicely. Best parts? It is effortless to rinse the bits that get stuck in the bristles. It has replaceable scrubbers that hold on tight, yet are easy to twist off and on. The dock is my favorite part. It sits on a stationary countertop spot on the side of the sink. It’s out if the way but catches the drips. It has a vent to pour water out when needed, but the best part is the bottom snaps off for rinsing and sanitizing. Well done, OXO!It's a compact brush with holder which I like. The bristles work well on dishes, pots and pans that we frequently use. The brush is easy to hold once you've squirted the detergent onto the surface you want to clean. However, it's awkward to push the button to squirt the detergent while gripping the brush using the same grip you use to wash (this is why I rated 4-stars). Hint: to now I've used a fairly weak (i.e. diluted/inexpensive) detergent which diminishes the brushes effectiveness but that's not its fault obviously. Next time I fill the detergent reservoir I'll use a full strength good grease-cutting detergent like Dawn. Dawn is more expensive but cleans dirty dishes better. A more concentrated detergent will also reduce the number of squirts so the reservoir should last longer between refills.I love this product. It dish liquid container is easy to fill and holds plenty of liquid. The bristles are tough and without be overly abrasive. The dish/holder that comes with it is super easy to clean. The product is great.. I just an't find replacement brushes. Even on the OXO website, they're unavailable. I don't want to re-buy the whole thing again. Gonna keep an looking.. if they're not replaceable, then I will start looking for another product.. but I don't really want to. :(. this thing is great.I bought this to avoid using a sponge that houses bacteria. It's comfortable to hold (though takes getting used to), soap dispenser is great, but there was something off with it. It's not as effective as a sponge that can bend into odd corners, and the brissle type has some difficulty reaching all spots in one pass. Overall, I like the product, but it's not perfect.I've used these for years now, and the most annoying thing about them was 1.) The threads in both the body and the brush were plastic, and it was very easy to over-tighten the brush and break the male threaded portion of the body, requiring replacement. And 2.) The 1-way valve where the soap comes out was so strong that it would stop dispensing soap when you had 20-30% left (since air compresses more easily that fluids). They've redesigned both the body and the brushes now!The brush now attaches with a simple bayonet connection, only requiring a 1/8th turn, and a change to either the 1-way valve or the piston/membrane on top of the body (or a combination of the two) means that you can easily dispense soap all the way down to about 5% capacity, which is when I'd refill it anyway. They also made the new brush design backwards-compatible by retaining the female threaded hole in the middle, so the consumable portion should work with whatever version of the body you have. Just be careful that you don't accidentally buy new-old-stock versions of the brushes if you have the new body. This is the 1st palm scrubber I've purchased that hasn't leaked. I love the drain tray, now that I've finally figured out how to remove the top to clean it (insert the tip of a spoon in the drain spout and gently pry open, then align the spout and snap it back into place).I just love this little dish brush. It fits in my hand so well and is so convenient to have in the kitchen.I purchased this to clean my step in spa tub. I was a little nervous about the bristles scratching, so I use a wash cloth over the brush and scrub as I am sitting in the tub as it drains. I then use the handheld shower to rinse. Works great. The dish it sits in is perfect, the whole thing is rather compact, so it doesn't take a lot of room on the ledge. Neat and tidy. You press the top rubber dome and soap comes out the center. Scrub, rinse and done. I like it. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. My reviews are honest reflections of my personal experiences. You may have a different experience due to personal preference and/or other situations. The whole product is a fantastic design and does the cleaning brilliantly, if you are planning to have this short term without replacing the bush then go ahead and purchase it. If you’re planing to have this product long term & replacing the brush, then avoid purchasing this as a warning. The brushes aren’t the same design as the one which comes with the handle. The replacement brushes fall off and I’ve complained regarding this and I’ve ended up throwing the product in the bin.Works really well, is well made. I previously purchases a very similar brush made by Judge and the valve gave way after about a month, leaking washing-up liquid everywhere. This one is a little more expensive, but has lasted six months and is all good so far. I also like the fact that you can buy replacement bristles. The only minor negative is that it ejects slightly more washing-up liquid that is needed each time. This is the turkey of the OXO Good Grips range.|While the design looks great, it doesn't live up the standard one would expect from OXO; it doesn't even come close. A gentle touch will shoot out a large dose of liquid (far more than is needed) at a speed that is not expected. Also the top comes off from the base far too easily (only half a turn); this alone should have stopped it leaving the design workshop. Serioulsy, it's back to the drawing-board with this one.Absolutely love the brush... it is very strong and sturdy. I thought it was going to fall apart like other reviewers said... but I am very happy with my purchase. Although as the picture shows, I thought it was going to come with a case where I can place it... but it didn't. So just be aware that the listing only comes with the brush and not the brush holder. If you want to clean cups or mugs, forget it, this thing is useless. You can only really use this for plates, pots and anything flat. Thus you end up with yet another unsightly piece of junk next to your sink. It will also need cleaning too, so something else to clean after washing up. Stick to a sponge and fairly liquid bottle.
