Been using it for 2 years and it is still working perfectly. I used to buy cheap ones but the pump didn't last long. This brand is expensive but the quality is really good, didn't expect it can last over 2 years. The complaint I have is the bottle is opaque so I don't know how much Castile soap to put in.
