I have been using this dispenser for about 10 days now, and waiting for the problems to appear as one other reviewer has had, but it is working perfectly, no leaks, no drips. Because it is smaller than other dispensers, it may be that some have found that they leak or drip because they have been overfilled? You can only fill it to about 3/4 to leave room for the pump parts to fit in.It is small, but as I use it next to my basin in the bathroom in a small space, that makes it unobtrusive. It's a simple, elegant dispenser. I find it to be stable, as it is made of heavy stainless steel. I do like that it pumps just the right amount to wash my hands, as the other dispensers I have used always seemed to pump twice as much as I need.
